You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to return products. Notify us of the return by phone or email, then send the piece unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. The full steps are on the Shipping & Returns page.

For hygiene reasons, briefs and lingerie can only be returned if unworn, with tags and protective packaging intact. Please try lingerie on over your own underwear.

Always follow the care label. Generally, hand-wash corsets, lace and satin in cold water without wringing, and dry them flat, away from radiators. Store corsets flat or on a padded hanger so they keep their shape.
