Your right to return, simply explained
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Exception: for hygiene reasons, lingerie (briefs) can only be returned unworn, with tags and protective packaging intact.
14 days from receipt
You have 14 days from the day you receive the parcel to withdraw from the purchase, with no need to give a reason.
Unworn, with tags
The returned piece must be unworn, unwashed and with tags intact, exactly as it was sent to you.

What if the size doesn't fit?
Let us know within 14 days of receipt. Unworn pieces with tags intact can be returned. If you'd like another size, tell us and we'll check availability.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Check the packaging on receipt, in the courier's presence. If you notice damage, photograph the parcel and contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution together.

Can I return lingerie?
Yes, if it hasn't been worn and its tags and protective packaging are intact. It's a hygiene rule that protects you too.
